Kevin Murdoch, Chair

Kevin Murdoch is Mayor of Oak Bay and a CRD Director. Kevin has served as Director on numerous regional boards, including the Oak Bay Police Board, CRD Housing Corporation, CRD Core Area Liquid Waste Management Committee, and CRD Finance: RMTS Finance Advisory Committee as well as the current Board Chair of the Capital Regional Hospital District. Kevin has built an extensive career in the IT industry in engineering, business development, and executive management roles.

Susan Kim (김수잔), Vice-Chair

Susan Kim (김수잔) has been involved with grassroots groups and self-organizing communities for years. She sits as a Councilor for The City of Victoria, as well as on several Regional and Civic Committees. To date, her career includes a decade of collaborative leadership experience in areas of food security, community organizing, adult education, policy and operations. She has also had the opportunity to be employed in both provincial and federal levels of government, as well as contracted by Island Health.
